Account deletion

Delete your Genau account

Deleting your account removes the account and associated learning data, including review progress, sessions, devices, activity, notes, and entitlements recorded by Genau.

Delete in the app

If you still have access to Genau, open Account and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before it deletes the account.

Request deletion without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Genau account with the subject "Delete my Genau account".

If you contact us from another address, we may ask you to prove control of the account email before deleting it.

What is deleted

  • Your account row and email address in Genau.
  • Your review schedule and vocabulary progress.
  • Your active sessions and device records.
  • Your activity days, notes, and purchase entitlements stored by Genau.

Some records may be retained only when required by law, store rules, payment records, or security obligations.
